Your MTB holiday in South Tyrol
A few inspirations for your mountain bike vacation? Here you are: Our local mountain Plose offers not only a variety of great hiking trails, but also fantastic mountain bike trails.
From St. Andrä the modern cable car brings you and your mountain bike at 2.050 m altitude, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Dolomites and the starting point of the Plose single trail waits for you. The course of the “Flow 6.6 km” is of medium difficulty and calls you with numerous steep curves and challenging downhill passages. At the end you will reach the valley station – a total of 1,000 metres of difference in altitude will be achieved!
During your journey, you will also find numerous dining options: the La Finestra restaurant is right at the mountain station, the Trametschhütte is at the end of the single trail, and the Plosestodl and P3 await you at the valley station.
If you are traveling without your own bike, you can of course rent a bike as well as the necessary equipment in the Infoshop at the mountain station of the cable car.
Tip: With your BrixenCard, you can enjoy a free mountain ride up and down every day with Plose cablecar and can even take your bike for free in the cabin.
