Itinerary: Bressanone, Grüner Baum hotel (565 m) - Stufles - Castel Krakofl - Castel Seeburg - Gugger farmstead - Elvas (824 m, trail no. 1) - Mooswald - Raier Moos marsh - Flötscher Lake (854 m) - along the main road - trail no. 8 to Novacella/Neustift - passing alongside the Al Vecchio/Pacherhof hotel continuing along trail no. 15 to Costa d'Elvas/Kranebitt - Bressanone.

Itinerary: Brixen/Bressanone, Agricultural Consortium (565 m), take the road to Kinderdorf - S. Cirillo/St. Cyrillus (trail no. 8) - Tiles/Tils (900 m) - Feichterhof hotel (1,350 m, trail no. 8) - along the road until the Stocknerhof farmstead - Stilums - Snodres/Schnauders (1,035 m, trail no. 9) - Velturno/Feldthurns (856 m) - Ziernfelderhof farmstead- Wöhrmaurer farmstead (trail no. 11) - Scezze/Tschötsch (trail no. 11a) - Pinzago/Pinzagen (intersection) - Tschötscher Heide - the return to Bressanone runs on trail no. 11a and along the main road.
